Where can I find my voucher number?

You will find the voucher number in your confirmation email and on the first page of your voucher. You can also find your voucher number in the subject line of the emails that we sent you regarding your reservation. If you did not receive any emails, please also check your spam folder. They might have ended up there.

The voucher numbers may start with 2 letters (for example EU, CN, US, NL, UK etc.) followed by a series of numbers. The voucher number could also start with a 6 or a 7.
